Terms of Service & Refund Policy for ZigSig Premium Subscription

  1. Introduction
  2. Welcome to ZigSig.com. By subscribing to the ZigSig Premium or Standard Membership ("Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("TOS") and our Refund Policy. Please read them carefully before purchasing a subscription.

  3. Subscription Agreement
  4. By enrolling in the Premium or Standard Membership, you agree to:

    • Pay the subscription fee as outlined during the checkout process.
    • Use the Service in accordance with ZigSig’s policies and applicable laws.
    • Acknowledge that all features and benefits of the subscription are subject to change at ZigSig’s sole discretion.
  5. Subscription Fees & Billing
    • Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as specified at checkout.
    • Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy.
    • You authorize ZigSig to charge your provided payment method until you cancel your subscription.
    • Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of your Membership.
  6. Cancellation Policy
    • You may cancel your Premium or Standard Membership at any time through your account settings.
    • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; no pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time.
    • Once a cancellation request is made, the premium service will remain in effect until the end of the billing cycle.
    • Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  7. Refund Policy
    • All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
      • If ZigSig discontinues the Premium or Standard Membership Service in its entirety, prorated refunds may be issued at ZigSig’s discretion.
      • If a billing error results in an incorrect charge, you may request a correction by contacting support within 7 days of the charge.
    • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, lack of use, or failure to cancel before renewal.
  8. Changes to the Service
  9. ZigSig reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Premium or Standard Membership Service at any time, with or without notice. Such modifications do not entitle subscribers to refunds or compensation.

  10. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
    • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid subscription charge is a violation of this agreement.
    • If a chargeback is initiated, your Membership will be immediately terminated, and ZigSig reserves the right to take legal or collection actions to recover fees owed.
  11. Limitation of Liability
  12. ZigSig provides the Membership "as-is" and makes no guarantees regarding specific results or financial benefits. ZigSig is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Service.
